Jastor vacation home

Our semi-detached house, completely renovated in 2014, can accommodate 6 people. On the ground floor there is a 26 m² kitchen-living room, a bathroom with a walk-in large shower and a sunny bedroom with 16 m². Upstairs there are also two bedrooms of about 12-14 m2, as well as another bathroom with a walk-in shower. All bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and each have satellite TV and a flat-screen TV. The space The 40 m² sun terrace adjacent to the house offers a beautiful view of the almost 900 m² garden. Parking spaces for 3 cars are available on the property. Our vacation home "Jastor" is located in Dubnitz, a district of the city of Sassnitz. The namesake of our vacation home can be found not far from the village at the ferry port Mukran. "Jastor" is a boulder recovered from the harbor basin in 2002. It weighs 91 tons and was transported from Scandinavia to Rügen during the last ice age. The name "Jastor" means gateway to the Jasmund peninsula. The boulder and the exciting ferry port Mukran can be reached on foot from the vacation home. Other things to note There is a tourist tax for the city of Sassnitz. From April 1, 2026, this will be €3 per night for adults and €1.50 for children aged 7-14.
