Casa Superba - Peaceful Garden Sanctuary in Venice

Welcome to Casa Superba, a centrally located Venice home a short walk to shops and restaurants, yet tucked away from the noise—a little piece of heaven. Spend slow mornings reading, writing, or meditating in the serene garden. Inside, vaulted ceilings and a professional-grade kitchen create an elevated space. In the evening, gather around the fire pit or linger on the large deck. With plenty of private, quiet space throughout, this home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The space Casa Superba was designed and rebuilt in 2009. We insisted on keeping the Venice craftsmen & garden vibes. This house is truly a sanctuary, and we created the space with a lot of love and intention. The main house has 2 bedrooms (king, queen and a twin) , and 2 full bath; the detached studio has a king bed & 1 single rollaway, with 👉🏼 a newly crafted outdoor toilet and shower. The lot is 4200 sq ft, and allows for plenty of private, quiet space to read, write and meditate. Inside, the house has ultra-high ceilings and an open floor plan. Indoor dining seats 6 + island seating for 4. Outdoor dining seats up to 8. If you love to cook, you will surely enjoy the large open kitchen, making it possible to both host and show off your 'chef skills!' The professional grade kitchen features top of the line appliances. The living room and dining area open to both a front and back yard. In the front you have an in-ground trampoline, and in the back a dining area and fire pit. Sonos is available in all rooms. We also have speakers in each room for personalized music. There is a piano under the hidden TV in the living room (with Apple TV connection & a DVD player). Pack and play, high chair and bikes + lots of toys, books, puzzles. Entire house has filtered water + filtered drinking water & spring water available. Large two person bathtub in the master bath for soaking.. bath salts and pillow provided. Whole house air purification system available. The detached studio is a third bedroom with a super comfy king mattress and a twin rollaway. It can also be used as an office with high speed internet access, or a meditation/yoga room which opens into the garden. There is a massage bed which can be used for receiving reiki & bodywork. The third bedroom is a detached studio with a king size bed (and a twin rollaway available if needed). There is an outdoor toilet & shower, but no en-suite for this bedroom. 💧We provide a whole house water filtration system, air filtration and humidifiers for guests.
