The space Walk in to a very open floor plan filled with light and with great views of the beach. Spend your day running back and forth to the beach, chartering a fishing trip, or hanging out on the large deck reading a book, enjoying the view, watching birds and listening to the sound of the waves. After a long day, enjoy cooking in a well stocked kitchen open to the large family room where you can watch a movie with the whole family. Or grill hamburgers downstairs on the grill. Maybe head upstairs and challenge your kids to a Foosball game or hold a Ms. Pac-man tournament! Once it’s time for bed, head to one of 5 bedrooms… The master bedroom is downstairs, has a king size bed and doors to the deck, along with a private bath. The second master is downstairs as well, with a king size bed and private bath. Upstairs find a bedroom with a queen size bed and private bath. Then there are 2 bunk rooms with 2 sets of bunks each (sleeping 8 people total-4 people in each room.) Our bunk beds are custom made to be comfortable for not only children but adults as well(especially the bottom bunks.). Plenty of headroom, mattresses as nice as the ones in the master bedroom, and personal lights and electric outlets in each bunk. The loft has a trundle bed as well as a Foosball table, an arcade style gaming console and a large TV. There is also a full bath attached to the loft with 2 sinks and a shower and toilette separated from the sink area to maximize utility. Downstairs at beach level, find 2 showers for rinsing off after a day at the beach and a fish cleaning station to clean all those fish you caught. Also, find a large picnic table and grill for a cookout. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Other things to note We have a wonderful neighbor who loves to see people have a good time at the beach connecting with friends and family and making great memories. However, he is not keen on loud party crowds that go on after midnight. Out of respect for him, we ask that all noise be kept to a minimum after 11:00. If loud partying is what you have in mind-this is not the beach house for you!
