Guest access The entire upstairs apartment with private entrance, including balcony, as well as patio tables around the coffee shop property, with wi-fi available in all areas. Other things to note We are a family-owned, small business. Our historic town gets it plumbed water from the town well, and while it won't hurt to drink, it doesn't taste very good, so we provide bottled drinking water for our guests.
