Serenity by the Sea II The space A 1-minute walk to Hampton Beach Boardwalk and Sand. G Street between Ocean and Ashworth. It's not waterfront, but your just steps to it. Unit 45, an end unit, Sleeps 4, has an open concept living room with kitchen, small dining area living area with queen sofa sleeper, 3/4 shower and separate bedroom with queen size bed. This air-conditioned unit is modern and tastefully decorated. Unit is also equipped with a starter kit of paper and cleaning supplies. Bedspreads/Blankets provided, bring your own sheets/towels (may be added with an extra charge). Small seating space outside on the balcony for relaxing outdoors. Located one floor up (no elevator) from the ground level compact parking garage. Unit is equipped with free Wi-Fi, cable, flat screen TV in each room, a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven/stove, toaster, coffee maker and cooking/eating utensils. Covered parking onsite for one vehicle (we cannot accommodate oversized vehicles, but there is paid public parking at the end of the street). You may also enjoy side views of the beach, playground and strip by walking to the front of the common area balcony at the front of the building. A coin-op laundry room is on site as well. Other things to note NH Rooms Tax 8.5% applicable to all charges.
