Private - Quiet and secluded neighborhood on Lake Bowen with dock & lake access. Enjoy spacious house with private 20x40 in-ground swimming pool, dock for fishing and boating, large decks & charcoal grill make for a great BBQ day! 2 kayaks provided! If you plan to bring your own boat to use from Maggie's dock, contact the Lake Bowen Warden Office to obtain boat sticker. Boat rentals are also available. Starting June 15, 2021-Spartanburg County Occupancy tax is 3% for each night. The space The house is secluded yet convenient to Interstate 26, Landrum, Inman, Spartanburg, Greenville, Blueridge Parkway, 45 minutes from Asheville, NC. and only 15 miles from the world famous Tryon International Equestrian Center where the 2018 WEG were held. Four bedrooms, three baths, and large outdoor decks and a swimming pool that is NOT HEATED. There is a $75 per pet fee (2 max) that will be requested after booking. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet. Guest access Private - Full access to entire home. Owner does not live on premises, but is available when needed. Other things to note Linens and bath towels are provided, also 6 pool towels. Two kayaks are included with rental. Pool is open from Spring through Fall but is NOT HEATED. Contact Spartanburg Water Lake Bowen Warden Office for information to bring your own boat. There is no fire pit on the property.
