Your apartment includes a King size bed, your own kitchen, full bathroom with a spa for two and cosy fire. There is also a covered courtyard area with a BBQ for outdoor relaxation. Only a stroll to cellar door, pub and cafe. The space Self contained and Private, stone loft apartment within the old Mill. Also Loft 2 available in a seperate listing. Spa bath for two in your own bathroom. Lovely kitchen with two burner hotplates, bar fridge with freezer, microwave oven and above bench oven with grill. We supply tea, coffee pods and instant coffee, oil, salt, and small longlife milk. All self contained and self catering so lots of peace and privacy. Grab supplies on your way if you are planning on cooking. Wood is only supplied for 1-2 fires, byo or you can purchase more at Foodland or Woodside landscaping A perfect couples weekend escape. Close to Hills wineries, great pubs and small boutiques as well as a Gin distillary and coffee shop within walking distance. Self checkin Guest access Guests have a stone garage for parking, a sun drenched courtyard with BBQ facilities and three acres of rolling land with a winter creek running through the bottom of the garden. Other things to note Come visit, you'll love it! Walk to local shops including The Good Pantry Cafe, Chemist, Pub and butcher. Ochre Nation the wonderful cellar door and Applewood Gin distillary is only a 4 min stroll away, for tastings and platters. Takeaway and delivery by our local pub and pizza shops. We are passionate about being green, so we embrace solar, reuse ♻️ and recycle, sourcing and showcasing recycled materials and lovely vintage pieces as well as quality linens and modern fixtures in all of our properties. You can easily walk to local cafes and cellardoor. There are stairs and ponds on the property to be aware of. We have sheep and alpacas in the fields behind the Mill, so you are welcome to wander, just please close gates behind you. Wear suitable warm clothing and use heating and water wisely please. We will endeavour to turn on heating or cooling before your stay depending on the weather but at times are unable to do so. No food provided due to many and varied dietary needs, so grab supplies before your stay.
