The Knox

An L-shaped single story private dwelling with 'bi-fold' doors overlooking a secluded sunny courtyard with ornamental pond. A large drive covered by CCTV, and can accommodate several large vehicles (not lorries). Tradies welcome. Suitable for upto 4 adults. No children under the age of 8 years and babies in arms allowed. Not suitable for people with mobility issues or wheelchair users. Sorry but no pets. Furnished to high standard and fully equipped. The space It is a single story bungalow equipped to a high standard with a lot of amenities. Those The Knox is on one level it is not suitable for people with mobility issues. It’s also not accessible by a wheelchair. Guest access The entire bungalow and separate courtyard with pond and BBQ area with space for up to 2 cars. Other things to note Please note NO CHILDREN under the age of 8 years. Babies in arms are fine. This is due to a large open pond. We have a designated BBQ area. Please either bring your own charcoal or we can provide easy light bags for a small charge. We only allow the people staying in The Knox to use the Knox. The Knox is for accommodation for those who are staying and not a venue for others people.
