The Knox

An L-shaped single story private dwelling with 'bi-fold' doors overlooking a secluded sunny courtyard with ornamental pond. A large drive covered by CCTV, and can accommodate several large vehicles (not lorries). Tradies welcome. Suitable for upto 4 adults. No children under the age of 8 years and babies in arms allowed. Not suitable for people with mobility issues or wheelchair users. Small dog might be allowed. If agreed then a charge is applied. Furnished to high standard and fully equipped. The space It is a single story bungalow equipped to a high standard with a lot of amenities. Those The Knox is on one level it is not suitable for people with mobility issues. It’s also not accessible by a wheelchair. Guest access The entire bungalow and separate courtyard with pond and BBQ area with space for up to 2 cars. Other things to note Please note NO CHILDREN under the age of 8 years. Babies in arms are fine. This is due to a large open pond. We have a designated BBQ area. Please either bring your own charcoal or we can provide easy light bags for a small charge. We only allow the people staying in The Knox to use the Knox. The Knox is for accommodation for those who are staying and not a venue for others people.
