Guest access Guests will have private use of the entire villa and grounds. The main entrance and bedrooms are accessed via a door code. Other things to note There is one security camera on the property that monitors the front entrance and parking area. As is typical of vacation villas on the island, A/C usage is metered. However, your Sunset Point Villa rental does include a $200 allowance per week (prorated for stays less than a week). Depending on the time of year, your allowance will likely cover any A/C usage you have. During the hotter months, you may exceed the limit. Above the limit usage is charged back at cost. There is an easy to read meter in the laundry room of the villa where you can monitor your usage.
