This property uses NoiseAware technology and is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). Tampering with the device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $200 fine. ⛔️ Noise Ordinance: Applicable City Noise Ordinance is strictly enforced and parties are NOT permitted 🛋️ Furniture and amenities are in as-is condition and at the discretion of the property owner ✅ EARLY CHECK IN & LATE CHECK OUT are based on availability and can be requested 24-48 hours prior to arrival/ departure. There is a fee of $100 plus tax for each. 🅿️ PARKING: There is a maximum number of 4 cars that are allowed to be parked inside of the driveway. There is absolutely no parking on the lawn or the street. CAMERAS: Two cameras that are connected to the security system. One over looking the pool area and another on the side of the home. Only the owner has access to this and is not something that is supervised. 🐶 Pet Friendly: Property is dog friendly & allow dogs, BUT all guest need to notice us if you will be bringing a dog to the house and would need to inquiry about this before booking. Would need to be approved & their is a pet deposit required. $150 per animal and guests are responsible for pickup after their dog in the yard area. Guest access Guests are renting a private home in its entirety and will have access to all amenities available. We do keep a locked closet with owner supplies; this is the only space that is off-limits.
