The space The house is located in a garden with a boundary wall (2 meter high wall) and an automatic gate (a remote control will be provided to you) The house has a direct access from the parking (no stairs, only 2 steps to access the private entrance). The house comprises a big master bedroom with a bathroom "en suite". Wonderfull sea view in front (sliding window door giving direct access to the terrace) and on the side (sliding window) of the bedroom as well as from the bathroom (sliding window) It also has one smaller room of 9m2 which can accomodate either a double bed, or 2 small beds for kids (200 x 80 cm) or a baby cot and has a direct access to the second bathroom and a wonderfull mountain and seaview. High chair, toys and books for infants are also available. The living room welcome 2 sofas and an extra large TV, an american kitchen fully equipped, with oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, rice cooker, expresso machine, etc.. The american kitchen includes a bar and 3 high stools. A big laundry on the side of the kitchen includes the fridge and freezer, the washing/drying machine, and a big space to iron or store whatever you wish. It has a sliding window The master bedroom, the smaller room, the living room/kitchen and the laundry are all equipped with aircond. The master bedroom and the living room have both a direct access to the large covered terrace (40m2) equipped with 3 sofas and a dining table. The lower floor of the house is occupied by a garage and a small studio for the sole use of the owner when in Mahé (not for rental).
