The space The pictures speak for themselves! This is a GORGEOUS studio with loft (sleeps 4). So much space to relax and unwind- just look at all the seating areas!!! High ceilings, oversized windows, hardwood floors and rooftop city views....so much charm. Kitchens feature modern stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and quartz countertop. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker and complimentary coffee and creamers. Also provided are cutlery, plates, mugs, mixing bowls, pots, pans, water & wine glasses along with other cooking essentials. The living room features a comfortable couch and chair, decorative art and a 55" Smart TV. Bedroom area features a queen size bed and closet. Linens and bedding provided. Loft area (accessible by ladder) features a full sized platform bed with an incredibly comfortable mattress. Carrara tiled bathroom has a beautiful glass enclosed stand up shower and washer/dryer for all the convenience of home. Towels, guest toiletries and a hair dryer provided. Smart features in the home include WiFi, 55" Smart LED TV and a JBL Bluetooth Speaker. Our cleaning team has implemented a rigorous sanitization process prior to each guest's arrival and is focused on disinfecting all public surfaces. We do a deep clean prior to every guest check in. New Haven is all about the walkability score and Palladium scores an impressive 97 with an easy walk to Yale University, Yale-New Haven Hospital and City Hall and lots of restaurants, cafes and entertainment. You are a blocks away from City Hall and other government offices. Palladium building is part of the historic 9th Square. This is one of New Haven's most iconic neighborhood with some of the best restaurants, bars and attractions in downtown New Haven. It is also a block away from the State Street train station which connects trains going to and from Boston and New York. There is also lots of ethnic food around the area. For entertainment, you have an Arcade, an Irish and an Axe throwing bar among many other venues. Please note, the apartments are equipped with a 20-gallon hot water tank. Time between showers may be needed to allow the tank to reheat. Parking is available next-door at the State Street parking garage. Daily rates range from $10-$15 per day. Long-term parking passes are available for $159 a month. Long-term parking passes must be requested and paid for prior to your arrival, LAZ parking handles the parking passes.
