The space The living room consists of a modern TV area and a comfortable sofa that becomes a double bed for the night (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.). The room is completed by a round dining table with 4 designer chairs, and simple but impactful pieces of furniture. The kitchen is separate, fully equipped and complete with everything you need to prepare meals, including a coffee machine and a microwave. Continuing you reach the bedroom: a comfortable double bed, a chest of drawers for your clothes and an access to the balcony where you can soak up the warm Ticino sun or have an aperitif at the table while observing the city. The apartment is completed by a bathroom with bathtub. Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.  We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.
