Family friendly, cozy house in Athens

This lovely house is located in Moschato area near to puplic transportation and near to the seacoast and the port of Piraeus.The house offers you two bedrooms, (the one is a small bedroom of 5 square meters ) living room, bathroom and kitchen, air conditioners, central heater, hot water,front and back yard for relax and enjoy your vacations.The nearest airport is Eleftherios Venizelos international airport of Athens 29 km from the property. You can reach the house either by metro or bus . The space Hello everyone! The house ( 73 square meters ) is totally renovated , with a master bedroom with a double bed, a small guest room 4,5 m2 ,( square meters) with a single bed A sofa bed in the living room and an extra double bed in the kitchen room if you are up to 6 persons. All mattresses and linens are new and in fine quality. Minimal but stylish decor , comfortable living room,frame TV, three air conditioners, central heating, also solar panel for hot water , big bathroom with big shower, and two sinks, two yards with swing. Also I can put a baby bed upon request. It's located in a beautiful , quiet neighborhood, near to the sea, to the port of Pireaus and to the historical center. It would be my pleasure to wait you at the metro or bus station upon request. Guest access This is a house not an apartment at the ground floor. You can use all the house for your stay, only two small stairs before you get in. The road in front of the house is a sidewalk. Enjoy your stay! Other things to note The house is located in a sidewalk. Please let me know in advance if you want an instant book late in afternoon. Remember that I need some time to prepare the house for you . I understand that maybe sometime you need a house right now but just remember that I’m an owner not a professional so please communicate with me first . Please note that in the small room with the single bed there is a vertical blinds than a door due to limited space. **By law we are not allowed to enter the premisis while occupied by guests except in an emergency. Only hotels are legally allowed to offer cleaning services. Our property is equipped with cleaning supplies and extra towels and linens for your use and a washer machine,too in order to maintain cleanliness during your stay.
