Enjoy a first-class holiday at the Baltic Sea in our holiday apartment Holiday Hytte. We want you to be able to leave your everyday life behind and feel comfortable in our vacation rentals. My Baltic Sea apartments are designed with a lot of love for you. The comfortable furniture and the beautiful mixture of colors invite you to relax. The space The Holiday Hytte in Scharbeutz by My Baltic Sea welcomes you. The property is located in the basement and has a terrace with a small lawn. The beach is only 400 m from the apartment. A private parking space and bicycle shed is available behind the house. Additional costs are included. * Holiday Hytte apartment, approx. 74 square meters * 2 bedrooms (double beds 180x200cm) * Smart TV in the living room and bedroom * Bathroom with walk-in shower and sauna * Washer-dryer * Clothes rack, ironing board, Dyson vacuum cleaner, hair dryer * Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher (coffee filter machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, pots, cutlery and much more) * Terrace with garden furniture, beach chair and Weber gas grill (view of the garden) * Electric blinds throughout the apartment * Baby package (baby travel cot Hauck + high chair (Mimzy Snacker) upon request for a fee * Pets are allowed upon request and for a fee Other highlights: • Air-conditioner • Private sauna in the bathroom The cleaning fee includes laundry (consisting of bed linen, hand towels and shower towels, bath mat). For initial use, the following will be provided: 1-2 rolls of toilet paper, 1-2 garbage bags, 2-3 dishwasher tablets, 2-4 coffee capsules Everything else is consumables that need to be brought along. The access code will be sent to you via email a few days prior to arrival. Other things to note We will create the digital spa cards for you before arrival. These will be charged to you separately with the currently valid fee from the municipality of Scharbeutz. In addition, you have the option to book the following extras: • Children 's high chair (Mimzy Snacker) + travel cot (Hauck travel cot (€15 per stay) • Use of a charging station for your electric car (€20 per charging process) • Bathrobe (€7,50 per bathrobe) • Pet upon request and for a fee (fee per dog) Please contact us directly for these extras. * Non-smoking - no smoking is allowed in our apartments.
