Just north of downtown, it is located near many of Grand Rapid's best attractions. You will be minutes away from many great local eateries, Colleges, the Airport, Medical Mile, VanAndel Arena, Devos Place, Founders, and the Ballpark! It has a private driveway with plenty of free and private parking in the back. The space Our Cleaning Procedure includes: 1. Washing our hands and wearing disposable sanitary gloves or rubber cleaning gloves 2. Our cleaning solutions are at least 70% alcohol 3. Cleaning only with disposable wipes 4. Using a color safe sanitizing spray to sanitize soft surfaces such as furniture, edges of curtains and decorative pillows 5. Disinfecting all light switches, windows 6. Disinfecting the thermostat, railings, garages, and all surfaces 7. Washing all dishes/utensils 8. Disinfecting all appliances 9. Disinfecting remotes, blow dryers, cords and any other surface or items in the home I am a lover of all things home design and have put tender loving care into making this little house a cozy home for both professionals and families alike. This house has had recent renovations in both the kitchen and bathroom and each furniture piece has been carefully selected and cared for. You will have the entire house to yourself and the house is extremely easy to find and access. You will also have access to the basement where free laundry is located. PLEASE NOTE: FOR THE SAFETY OF THE HOME AND OUR GUESTS, WE HAVE EXTERIOR CAMERAS ON EACH EXTERIOR DOOR. This house is complete with a smart lock, smart TV, and plush furnishings. The master bedroom boasts a Queen bed with a brand-new memory-foam mattress and plenty of pillows to customize your comfort. The master bedroom has its own Smart TV, and a desk if you are in town for work. Decor and special touches make this space unique. The second bedroom is stocked for kids and the young at heart. The room has twin bunk beds with memory foam, a desk, and a pack n' play is available. Enjoy some favorite toys, books, games, and activities! The third bedroom also includes a full-sized, brand-new memory-foam mattress, dresser, and plenty of closet space. USB ports are on each lamp for easy charging of your devices. The kitchen is complete with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, K-cup coffee maker, and oven with gas range. We also have a dishwasher because who likes doing dishes? We always make sure there is coffee and tea fully stocked for your convenience. The dining room has seating for 4 with 2 extra chairs to make it suitable for 6 guests. The living room has a flat screen smart TV. There is no cable. PROFESSIONALS: We’ve got you covered with a standing work space in the Kitchen area, perfect for your morning prep while sipping on a hot mug of coffee or tea, all provided! A separate work space is located in the master bedroom if you’d like a little more privacy. Parking is free and plenty of it so rest easy knowing you don’t have to pay those pesky downtown fares. Bonus: need a place to eat but don’t want to drive? We’ve got an awesome bar and grill an easy walk from your front door! FAMILIES: You can’t beat the value that this house provides. We are fully stocked with a bunk bed room, baby gate, high chair, kid-friendly dishware, pack-n-play, toys, coloring supplies and games. We don’t want you to have haul all those bulky items with you. Our kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and everything you need is provided all the way down to the dishwasher for easy cleaning! As far as dining, we provide ice, margarita and wine glasses, a shaker and shot glasses for all your cocktail needs. We also have a fully stocked kitchen for everything you may need to make a delicious meal and a local favorite bar and restaurant right around the corner – an easy walk only a few doors down! PETS? Please park in the driveway since there is plenty of parking available. *Please note, there is a 3-stall garage that is not accessible to guests. **NOTE: There are 2 stairs up to enter the home ** Guest access The entire place is yours! Other things to note Please access the house from the back door smart lock. The front entry closet is locked for our cleaners supplies. There is also a locked storage room in the basement.
