The property was completed in 2018 and includes a total of 3 apartments and a penthouse. The penthouse has a size of about 100 square meters and is handed over to our guests with bed linen, towels and bathrobes. In the parking deck there are the paid, closed and covered parking spaces for your car (€10 per day/night). A tourist tax is charged per guest and night by the city of Bad Neuenahr. This is payable upon arrival. The space Our spacious apartments in the city center of the spa town of Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler, located in the Ahr valley, invite you to relax and enjoy. The in-house elevator allows you to access the apartments on the 2nd to 4th floor of the property comfortably and barrier-free. The balconies with their southwest orientation are ideal for sunbathing all day. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a “loft-like” living area with integrated fitted kitchen, the apartment is ideally suited for an occupancy of four people. For additional guests, the fully-fledged sleeping system, which is integrated into the sofa of the living room, offers two additional overnight accommodations. The bed in the master bedroom has a size of 180 cm x 200 cm, the bed in the secondary bedroom and the sofa bed in the living area have a size of 160 cm x 200 cm. The bathrooms are each equipped with a glazed and walk-in shower cabin, as well as a sink and toilet. In addition, the main bathroom offers a bathtub with towel heating and there is also a urinal in the guest bathroom. Our apartments are handed over to our guests with bed sheets, towels and bathrobes. Furthermore, we attach great importance to family friendliness and will gladly provide you with a crib or high chair if available. Pets are only allowed on request. The spa guest cards with attractive advantages and offers are available at the key handover at Hotel Mietz, which is located on the opposite side of the street. Guest access The entire apartment as well as the parking deck, the bicycle storage room and the laundry room in the basement can be used free of charge by the guest.
