The space Our elegant and renovated house in the center of the town of Sant Adrià del Besòs has a capacity of up to 5 people and offers the comfort as if you were at home: Wi-Fi, television and heating. It is distributed in 2 double bedrooms (one of them has a sofa bed), 2 full bathrooms (1 of them en suite), fully equipped kitchen with kitchenware and appliances (refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, washing machine and dryer) and living / dining room. From the living room and the bedrooms you can directly access the bright balconies. It also has a private furnished rooftop terrace with dining area and chill out area ideal for family dinner after spending the day at the beach. House located on the 2nd floor in a building with elevator. The elevator may be broken down or out of service at the time of booking, which in any case is not the responsibility of the accommodation. Guest access Guests will have access to all the interior rooms of the apartment and the common areas shared with the neighbors of the building (elevator, stairs and private terrace). The tourist tax applies for a maximum of 7 nights. The tourist tax does not apply to people under 14 years of age. Standard check-in time is from 4:00pm to 9:00pm. If arrival at the property is between 9:00pm and 11:00pm, an additional charge of €40 will apply, to be paid in cash upon key delivery, and must be confirmed in advance. If check-in takes place between 11:00pm and 12:00am, an additional charge of €60 will apply. Prior to your arrival, we will send you messages with useful information about your arrival, the property, online check-in, and your personalised guide.
