You enter the house through a small hallway, which offers enough space for jackets, shoes and dog accessories. You will also find outdoor games and cushions here. You continue into the cosy living/dining area. The dining area offers space for 6 people - an existing baby chair can easily be added. In the lovingly furnished living area, a large, cosy corner sofa provides the necessary relaxation. A fireplace and air conditioning ensure the right temperature at all times. SAT-TV, W-LAN, music, books and board games provide entertainment. The next floor is reached via 5 steps. Here you will find the open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, 4 hotplates, oven, coffee and Senseo machine, large fridge and plenty of crockery. The toilet and shower room are also on this floor. Directly adjacent is the first bedroom, the relaxation room. Equipped with a waterbed (140x200cm) and (on clear nights) a clear view of the stars, it invites you to relax. Two further bedrooms with sloping ceilings can be reached via a spiral staircase on the 2nd floor: the jungle room is for younger guests or for brave adults who are young at heart. There are two single beds and lots to discover here: E. g. pirates, doll's house, railway and play boxes. The family room is right next door. In the large double bed (180x200cm), the children can also snuggle up and get the day off to a fun start. A small alcove is designed as a cosy reading corner. The sofa can be converted into an additional cot (70x130cm) in a few simple steps. You can access the balcony from both bedrooms on the top floor. The view over the valley and the lake invite you to linger. In front of and next to the house is a partially covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. There is also a lawn area. The Ibra reservoir is approx. 400 metres away. A short, somewhat steep path leads to the house. Not suitable for people with walking difficulties! The Seepark Kirchheim is an open holiday home park in the Hessian highlands, approx. 4 km outside Kirchheim. The lake offers a small sunbathing lawn, the opportunity to swim and a water ski facility (for a fee). A circular path around the lake is ideal for walking and jogging. For leisure activities, there are many hiking trails through the Rotkäppchenland, cycle paths, golf in Oberaula, swimming pools in Kirchheim (outdoor pool) and Bad Hersfeld (Aquafit + Kurbad Therme) as well as skiing on the Eisenberg in winter. Eisenbach Castle, Wartburg Castle, Knüll Wildlife Park, Herzberg Castle, "Takka-Tukka-Land" and much more invite you to go on excursions.
