La Dragonne, charming cottage with garden, quiet

Charming guest house in the center of Bellême, quiet, with nice garden. Extra charge: breakfast or brunch service on request, traditional Thai massage by reservation. The countryside with all the shops next door, swimming pool (in summer), tennis, golf and mini-golf, walks in the forest, hiking circuit, etc. The cottage is fully equipped for 4 people, 1 baby. If you don't have a car, transportation to and from Nogent-le-Rotrou train station is available (€10 surcharge). The space "La Dragonne" is an old outbuilding converted into a guest house, near the classified church of Bellême, a charming village 2 hours from Paris, Petite Cité de Caractère, in the Perche. The rental includes in the house: a living room, an equipped kitchen, toilet, an upstairs bedroom with bathroom, then the terrace and the garden overlooking the forest, which has a marble table and chairs, deckchairs. The Wi-Fi network works very well and allows you to telecommute with peace of mind. Access to the property is independent via a small street at the bottom of the garden, via the garage (about 20 steps) and a picturesque access. The barbecue is at your disposal, as well as the relaxation items, sunbathing, table and chairs for your meals in the garden or on the terrace. We also have access to the garden through the corridor of the cottage, but we avoid passing through so as not to disturb and according to your wishes as well. Breakfast can be prepared for you upon reservation and with a supplement of €9.50 per person, which will include homemade jams and local products (Bellême honey, fresh bread and pastries, Perche apple juice, etc.), or even a brunch for a more gourmet experience and always local products for €19. We also offer a traditional Thai massage service by appointment for 1.5 hours for an extra €80 (women only). A garage is available for your bikes and motorcycles. Check-ins and check-outs can be flexible depending on the booking schedule, we'll need to look at this together. If you want a baby bed (travel cot) for your child, I can provide it for €5 per night. For guests without a car, we offer transport on request from Nogent-le-Rotrou train station (20 km away). A supplement of only €10 is to be expected as part of the region's Low-Carbon Tourism initiative. Dogs under 15 kg are welcome. Please contact us in advance to discuss this, as there is also a dog on site (not having free access to the garden). Cats are not allowed. Guest access The cottage is for you, but part of the garden is sometimes shared. Access is via a small street at the bottom of the garden, through the garage, via about 20 steps, but access is easy. Other things to note The house is all in old stones, but with a modern and practical spirit, with a private Wi-Fi network, a charming and cozy layout where the smallest details have been thought out to bring maximum comfort. Note that access to the garden may lead us to cross paths in the common hallway of the outbuilding. I know how to be discreet and I don't go there often, but I prefer to clarify. If there are two of you, but you want to have the 2nd bed, please let me know. A supplement will be required.
