Cozy House near Ole Miss & M-Trade!

Come enjoy your stay in Oxford Mississippi at our cozy 3 bedroom home. Just 3 miles from Vaught Hemingway Stadium, the historic Oxford Square, and shopping on Jackson Ave. This is the perfect place to stay with family or friends if you are cheering on the Rebels, or if you're just here to have a good time. The space This space includes a cozy living room, large kitchen, access to washer and dryer, and a patio in our fenced in yard. NOTICE: During the summer months the second floor of the house gets warm, especially during the hottest part of the day. We ask that you please keep in mind that most air conditioning systems can only handle a 20-degree difference between the outside and inside air temperatures. There is a 70 degree minimum set for the AC so it is not overworked. We provide extra fans in the closets to help keep you comfortable. We also suggest closing blinds/curtains upstairs to help keep the upstairs cool. Similarly, during the cold winter months the downstairs is difficult to heat, we provide extra blankets and a space heater.
