The spacious vacation home in the immediate lake location (100 m) invites you to relax with modern and high-quality furnishings. Whether a family vacation with children on the lake or a few romantic days for two, you have come to the right place. The space The holiday home can sleep a maximum of 6 people. The rooms are equipped with a double bed (180x200), two single beds (90x200 each) and a comfortable sofa bed for 2 children/teenagers (140x200). The kitchen offers all the amenities for cosy evenings of cooking, including an oven. The sunny terrace allows you to enjoy breakfast together outdoors or spend lovely evenings watching the sunset – and, thanks to the roof, you can do this even when it's raining. In the cold winter months, the sauna offers the opportunity to enjoy the peace and quiet and then take in the beautiful view on the spacious balcony. The house also has a storage room. The house has been ready for occupancy since the beginning of September 2021. It has underfloor heating, electric roller shutters, high-quality floors in the bedrooms, tiled floors in the other rooms, and two storage rooms on the ground floor. A travel cot for toddlers/babies with a changing mat (without bed linen) and a high chair are also available. As this is a family holiday area, noisy events are not permitted. Smoking is not permitted in the house. Pets are not allowed.
