The spacious vacation home in the immediate lake location (100 m) invites you to relax with modern and high-quality furnishings. Whether a family vacation with children on the lake or a few romantic days for two, you have come to the right place. The space The vacation home has a maximum of 6 sleeping places. The rooms are equipped with a double bed (180 x 200), two single beds (90 x 200 each) and a comfortable sofa bed for 2 children/teenagers (140 x 200). The kitchen offers all amenities for cozy cooking evenings, including oven. The sunny terrace allows you to enjoy breakfast outdoors together or spend beautiful evenings at sunset - thanks to the canopy even in the rain. In the cold winter months, the sauna offers the opportunity to enjoy the peace and quiet and then to enjoy the beautiful view on the spacious balcony. In addition, the house has a storage room. The house has been ready for occupancy since the beginning of September 2021. It has underfloor heating, electric shutters, high-quality floors in the bedrooms, tiled floors in other rooms and two storage rooms on the ground floor. A travel cot for toddlers/babies with changing mat (without bed linen) and a high chair are also provided. Please keep in mind that the vacation area is still growing, so there may be construction noise during the day. The construction work does not take place in the immediate vicinity of the house, so nothing stands in the way of a relaxing time. Since this is a family vacation area, loud events are not allowed. We do not allow to smoke inside the house. Pets are not allowed.
