The spacious vacation home in the immediate lake location (100 m) invites you to relax with modern and high-quality furnishings. Whether a family vacation with children on the lake or a few romantic days for two, you have come to the right place. The space The vacation home sleeps a maximum of 6 people. The rooms are furnished with a double bed (180x200), two single beds (90x200 each) and a comfortable sofa bed for 2 children/teenagers (140x200). The kitchen offers all amenities for cozy cooking evenings, including an oven. The sunny terrace allows you to enjoy breakfast outdoors together or spend beautiful evenings at sunset – thanks to the roof, even in the rain. In the cold winter months, the sauna offers the opportunity to enjoy the peace and quiet and then take in the beautiful view on the spacious balcony. In addition, the house has a storage room. The house has been ready for occupancy since the beginning of September 2021. It has underfloor heating, electric shutters, high-quality floors in the bedrooms, tiled floors in other rooms and two storage rooms on the ground floor. A travel cot for toddlers/babies with a changing mat (without bedding) and a high chair are also available. As this is a family vacation area, loud events are not permitted. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Pets are not allowed.
