We propose to you to the hiring, on the commune of Ventron, this charming flat in duplex within a Vosgian farm, with sauna, of a surface of 105 m ² and being able to accomodate to 8 travellers. With an access on the same level, it is composed of a nice living room of 25 m² (with stove), a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms, two toilets and you can enjoy a garden of about 100 m². Wifi included, we are waiting for you! The space On the ground floor : - A living room of 25 m² with TV, stove (wood is not provided), sofa bed (double) and dining area. - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine... - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200). - A bathroom with shower. - Separate toilet On the first floor: - Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160×200) and bunk beds. - Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200) and sofa bed (double) - A bathroom with shower and WC For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outside : - A terrace and a garden of about 100 m² with furniture (For the siesta, deckchairs are at your disposal and you can end the day with a game of pétanque or mölkky) to enjoy the beautiful days. A corner of the garden has been converted into a bowling green and you can also share a small vegetable garden with aromatic plants. Guest access Full access to the property and its facilities. Other things to note - Free Wifi available - One pet is allowed free of charge in the accommodation, please specify when booking. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
