Brief description Bright, cozy and newly renovated 1-room apartment in the heart of Westerland. Right on the main beach in the Metropol house on the 3rd floor. You will stay in the middle of the city and can walk to everything - the train station is about 10 minutes. Approximately 30 meters to the beach!! The space Non-smoking The combined living/sleeping room in the beach house look has a front east balcony where you can greet the sun. A fixed double bed (160 * 200) with storage space. The dining area with 2 chairs is by the window and  there is a cozy couch, as well as a wardrobe. In the apartment, the designer floor was laid out in a wood look. The bathroom has a shower and in the hallway there is a built-in kitchen with 2 ceramic hobs, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, dishes and glasses, pots and pan. The technical equipment of this apartment includes: a flat-screen TV and a radio. A free Wi-Fi network (WEG Haus Metropol) is available free of charge. NOTE: Please note that this property may incur additional charges on site: 1. Tourist tax of the municipality of Sylt 2. Bedding and towels (bedding and towels can be brought along or a linen package can be booked for an additional fee of €30 per person). From 7 nights, bed linens and towels are FREE! Attention discounts!!! For a minimum stay of 1 week including bed linen/towels Guest access In an absolute prime location, right on the main beach of Westerland, lies the Metropol house. The beach promenade with its cafes and restaurants and numerous events such as the arias by the sea, Harley Davidson meetings and of course the World Surf Cup invites you to stroll and linger. It's just a few minutes' walk to the main shopping streets (Friedrichstraße and Strandstraße). Restaurants, bike rental, hairdresser, supermarkets, children's play club, baker, doctors and spa facilities are in the immediate vicinity (some even in the house) and can be reached quickly. Other things to note In the basement of the house, washing machines and dryers are available for a fee. If you don't want to do without your car while on vacation, you will find paid parking nearby. Final cleaning (one-time) € 75.00 For a minimum stay of 2 weeks, including Final cleaning and sheets/towels!!! Bed linens and towels can be brought along or a laundry package can be booked at a price of €30 per person. (The linen package includes 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 1 bath mat, 1 kitchen towel, 1 duvet cover, 1 pillowcase, 1 sheet) On special request, bathrobes can be ordered at a rental price of €12.50 each The spa cards are not included in the price and will be settled directly with me!
