We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Béziers, this charming house, air-conditioned with shared swimming pool, of a surface of 30 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², an equipped kitchen, a bedroom on the mezzanine, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 30 m². Wifi, , bed linen and towels included, we are waiting for you! The space The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 30 m² with TV, a sitting area with a double sofa bed and a dining area. - A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Tassimo coffee machine... - A mezzanine bedroom (wooden staircase) with a king-size bed (180×200) - A shower room and WC Outside : - A beautiful garden of 30 m² and a terrace, with electric pergola and furniture to enjoy the beautiful days - The residence has several swimming pools: A covered, shared and heated swimming pool of 8m*14m, open from the beginning of September to the end of June from 8am to 8pm. Two shared summer pools, not heated, 20m*10m, open from the end of June to the end of August from 8am to 7:45pm. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, baby bed, plancha. Guest access Full access to the property and its facilities. Other things to note - Free Wifi available - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are included. Laundry is at your expense or available at an additional cost from the concierge, for an extra charge of €15 per person (payment on site). - The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use. - Swimming pool: All children's swimming is under the responsibility of a parent.
