The villa features 6 generous bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom. Four rooms are included in the base rate; you may unlock up to 2 more depending on your needs. The Essaouira bedroom offers twin beds—perfect for children or friends—while other suites include king-size beds, large wardrobes, and refined linen. Bathrooms vary between walk-in showers and bathtubs, all with a high standard of amenities. Set within 3,000 m² of landscaped gardens, Villa Neylla boasts a stunning 20m x 6.9m pool with comfortable sunbeds and parasols. Several shaded terraces surround the house, including a large outdoor dining area and a summer lounge, ideal for long lunches or evening drinks. A pétanque court completes the picture of Mediterranean leisure. Daily housekeeping, garden maintenance, and a light breakfast preparation are included. Our private cook is available to prepare delicious meals based on our curated menus, served family-style for the whole group. Additional services upon request: airport transfers, spa and massage treatments, yoga, guided excursions, private events, childcare, and more. All options are à la carte and fully customizable. The base rate includes 4 bedrooms and full, exclusive use of the villa. If your group requires more space, up to 2 additional bedrooms can be unlocked with a simple request. No matter your group size, the entire villa is yours—always private, never shared. Villa Neylla is located just 20 minutes from Marrakech city center, in a quiet and secure environment. You'll be close to golf courses, fine restaurants, and the Medina's historic sites, while enjoying total privacy and peaceful surroundings. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including the villa, garden, patios, pool, and all indoor/outdoor living areas. The number of bedrooms made available depends on your group size (4 by default, up to 6). The pool is private and can be heated upon request. Private parking available on-site. Other things to note The villa is always rented in exclusive use. The base rate includes 4 bedrooms; extra rooms are unlocked only if needed. Our cook prepares meals based on pre-set menus, served to the whole table (not à la carte or plated). Kitchen use is reserved for staff. If you wish to use it yourself, a cleaning fee will apply. Alcohol is not provided or sold, but you are welcome to bring your own—our staff will serve it discreetly. Optional extras (heated pool, chef, transfers, spa, excursions) are available upon request and priced separately.
