Park on Park (4 bedrooms, sleeps 7- 2.5 bathrooms)

We have great pleasure in offering our beautiful 1930s designed home to you. Newly renovated with high quality fixtures and fittings, we have maintained the Art Deco features and added beautiful furnishings. Park on Park is warm and welcoming, with new bathrooms, a remodelled kitchen and new driveway and gardens. We are proud to make this home available to you and are sure you will enjoy it - as our previous guests have. Join us on your Tassie adventure. The space The lounge has air-conditioning & a heat pump (reverse cycle air-conditioner ) and there are heaters and electric blankets in each bedroom. Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 have Queen sized beds - the mattresses & linen are new. Robes are provided for guests. There is a Smart TV in the living room and another in Bedroom 1. NBN and Netflix connected. A Thomson radio/bluetooth sound system is available. Please note that the wood heater in the lounge room and the open fire place in the master bedroom are both out of commission and are not usable. The heaters (mentioned above) provide ample heating. Fans are also provided during summer - one for each bedroom. Guests may park in the driveway - although it is narrow in one spot so caution is urged. Ample off-street parking is available. Access to the separate garage is not included. Guest access The whole house is available - except for the separate garage. Other things to note A portacot, highchair and change table are available on request. We also have trundle beds if you have additional guests or the sleeping configuration provided does not suit your needs. Registration Details PLN-17-1072
