The space Eastcott Farmhouse is a spacious, semi-detached period property set on the owners' working sheep farm and adjoining their pub. With five bedrooms including two king-size doubles, a double and two twins (three of which boasting en-suite facilities), along with a family bathroom, up to ten people can enjoy a fantastic holiday here. There's also a ground floor cloakroom, a kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area and a sitting room with an electric fire. Outside, there is off road parking for ten cars, plus a private, enclosed lawned garden with furniture and a barbecue. Eastcott Farmhouse provides large groups with a wonderful holiday home, offering elements of luxurious living, with Sky TV, balanced with charming traditional features of a period property. Please note: from 1st April 2023, a pay-as-you-go electric meter will be installed; this will be a non-profit machine and will only charge you for what you use.
