The space At Casa Ciaurriz, you will find a 380 m2 Villa of Andalusian architecture with contemporary design and furniture, wonderful garden areas on a 1,200 m2 plot, a swimming pool and terraces where you can share evenings. You will have: - 5 bedrooms. 2 of them are suite rooms that in addition to their bedroom have a living room and sofa bed. - 4 full bathrooms and 1 toilet. Air conditioning in all rooms. A main living room where you can share with your friends and family with large sofas, armchairs, and a large dining table. Fireplace and air conditioning. Parking for up to 5 vehicles at the property. Guest access You can enjoy all the rooms and common areas of the villa, with spacious porches and terraces, a private pool with hammocks, an umbrella, a summer dining room, a barbecue, large gardens and a private covered garage with capacity for up to 4 vehicles. Services during the stay: 1) Optional services clause during the stay (cleaning with fee): You can request housekeeping service during your stay. This service is not included in the accommodation price and is arranged upon request, subject to availability. The amount will be provided in advance and will be paid as an additional charge. Linen change clause (for a fee) Change of bed linen and towels: We offer a change of sheets and towels during the stay upon request. The service is not included in the accommodation price. Pricing and availability will be confirmed prior to the service. For long-term stays, 1 change of sheets and towels is included at no additional cost. 2) Chef service clause (extra) Private chef (fee applies): Upon request, we can arrange a private chef service (breakfasts/lunches/dinners). This is an optional service, subject to availability and with an additional fee. The conditions (menu, duration and price) will be confirmed before booking the service. 3) Car with driver / car rental clause Transportation / car rental (for a fee): We can arrange or coordinate car rental and/or transfers (subject to availability). The conditions and price will be confirmed before contracting. 4) Clause on booking and payment of extras Booking and payment of extras: Additional services are requested in advance (ideally 24–48 hours) and will be paid for as an extra charge.
