Wave Watching is a stunning contemporary holiday home with on-site parking for one car and incredible sea views, both down onto the picturesque seaside town of St Ives and along the Cornish coastline towards Godrevy Lighthouse and St Ives Bay. In an ideal location to sample the delights of the St Ives art scene, Blue Flag beaches, award-winning restaurants and boutique shopping. The space Along with the fabulous views, an allocated parking space and under floor heating, Wave Watching is tastefully furnished and thoughtfully equipped to ensure a luxurious break in St Ives all year round. The open plan living/dining and kitchen area is on the first floor. The light and bright living area having comfortable seating, TV and DVD player and a lovely Juliet balcony to take advantage of the views across the ocean, whilst enjoying a sundowner after a day on one of the nearby beaches. The kitchen is finished to a high specification with high gloss units and boasts an integrated dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and state of the art Quooker Tap for instant boiling water if required. There is also a washing machine/tumble dryer. The dining table seats up to six guests. The principal bedroom can be found on the second floor with a comfy king-size bed and feature window seat to enjoy the seascape. This bedroom leads to a spacious en-suite shower room with low-level tray to the cubicle, soft close WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. Two further bedrooms can be found on the ground floor. The second bedroom having a king-size bed and two sets of French doors opening to Juliet balconies to take advantage of the glorious sea and harbour views. The third bedroom is a good size and has bunk beds.
