The space Ground floor: -Bathroom (completely renovated in 2022) with underfloor heating, rain shower, sink and toilet. -Open kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer, 4-ring ceramic hob, combi microwave, kettle, coffee machine, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, and dining table with 4 chairs, a high chair for children, and 2 folding chairs. -Cozy spacious living room with lots of natural light, patio door, 2-person sofa, 4 easy chairs, toys, games, books, radio, television, DVD player, DVDs and a beautiful view over the canals and the meadows. -1 bedroom with 2 single beds. -1 foldable crib / baby cot. 1st floor: -4 single beds. Spacious garden around the house located on a waterway and with lots of greenery, a covered terrace / canopy, a BBQ, lounge sofa, lounge chairs, garden chairs, garden tables, 2 sunbeds, and a private dock/ jetty with our own electric boat that you can also rent if you want (€100). Guest access You have access to all rooms in the house, except the shed. Other things to note *The above mentioned prices do not include tourist city tax (€2.50 per person per night) and optional boat rent (100 euro per stay).
