This condo is well stocked with basic kitchen needs, seasonings, and spices. This condo sleeps a total of 5 with a limit of 4 adults. Queen Bed, Queen Sofa Bed, & Single Futon Floor Mattress. MAXIMUM of 4 Adults. The space This condo has beautiful views of the Giant Steps ski with elevator access. This is a 2nd floor studio unit with one large room. It has a comfortable queen bed, queen sleeper sofa that we just updated with a nice memory foam mattress, and an optional single futon mattress. The unit sleeps a maximum of 4 adults and 5 total. The living room area has 55 inch TV with cable and DVD player. The sofa seats 4 easily and is a comfy spot to make memories and watch your favorite TV shows or DVD with that big bowl of popcorn. You will also have good Wi-Fi specifically designated to this condo. The kitchen is a full kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove and microwave. It is well equipped with most of the common appliances and cookware you may want to use during your stay as well as other basic needs such as seasonings, oil, and tin foil. It is very easy to prepare your favorite dishes for your group. The dining table easily seats 4 and is the ideal size for that game night with everyone when it is stormy out. The bathroom has a large deep tub, perfect for that relaxing soak after a big day on the slopes or out biking the trails. Located adjacent to the Brian Head Navajo ski slopes with ski-in/out access and centrally located to Zion, Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks, & Grand Canyon. Hiking, bicycle and skiing areas can all be accessed directly from the Copper Chase. Copper Chase is a premiere condominium project. We boast a large solarium pool/jacuzzi with an adjacent fitness room. Amenities also include separate male/female dry saunas in locker rooms, large group sitting lounge area with fireplace and large LCD TV sports lounge, summer sun decks with two BBQs, and picnic area with volleyball and open play area for summer months and makes for great sledding in the winter. We have a 23 car indoor heated garage and parking is available on a "first come first serve" basis. You may park ONLY ONE car in the garage. There is outdoor overflow parking for your extra vehicles as well as motor homes, trailers, and over-sized vehicles. We recommend using the FREE town shuttle that operates during ski season and will take you almost anywhere in town. The Copper Chase Condominium Project is not easily accessed by wheelchair. You will receive information at the time of your booking telling you what codes to use to access our condo. It will have a lot of helpful information as well as a map link to follow so you can easily reach your destination and get settled in right away, we suggest you read it thoroughly and understand the information before arriving. This will make your trip hassle free as well as help you to know what is available in the condo and what you will need to pack. Other things to note Environmental Sensors: Small wireless sensors are located throughout this condo (small black boxes with antenna) to remotely monitor temperature, water, & motion, in order to alert owners to possible freezing or flooding conditions. These are NOT cameras and do NOT have cameras on them! PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE OR TAMPER WITH THESE SEONSORS. Guests will be required to accept Terms & Conditions which will be provided when requesting a reservation. Pool hours are 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. No glass or food is allowed in the pool. No children under 3 (without swim diapers) in the pool. No children under 5 in hot-tub (state law). This is a single room condo. It is like a large hotel room with a kitchen. The bedroom is NOT separate from the living area. The futon mattress for the 5th person, along with sheets, pillow, blanket for the futon as well as the provided Pack n' Play crib in the closet.
