*Price incl. 7% VAT* Welcome to our charming, spacious semi-detached house in picturesque Ottobeuren in the Allgäu. Here you can enjoy a central yet quiet location. Our fully equipped holiday home, including towels and bed linen, is ideal for several families. It is only about a five-minute walk from the basilica. Numerous shops, the swimming pool, pharmacies and ATMs are also within easy walking distance. The space The accommodation extends over all 4 floors (ground floor to 3rd floor - American: 1st to 4th floor), whereby the ground floor (HoLiDay ApartMENT Allgäu) and floors 1-3 (HoLiDay MAIsoNETTE Allgäu) can be used together or separately. Therefore, the property is perfect for several families who travel together, but also want to enjoy their privacy. The property offers the following facilities: • 3 bedrooms (ground floor, 1st floor and 3rd floor): in the bedroom on the ground floor and on the 1st floor there is a double bed for 2 people (each 1.8x2m), in the bedroom on the 3rd floor there are 3 single beds (0,9x2m). • 1 very spacious living room (2nd floor): sofa bed (1.4x2m), wardrobe, 60'' Smart TV and Playstation (PS3). • 1 living/dining/bedroom (passage room on the ground floor): sofa bed (1.4x2m), 42’’ TV, radio, dining table and chairs. • 2 fully equipped kitchens (ground floor, 1st floor): dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and a number of different household appliances. • 1 dining room (1st floor), which can also be used as a workspace, offers space for eating, playing, or socializing. Additionally, two high chairs for children are available. • 3 bathrooms (ground floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor): The bathroom on the ground floor consists of a sink, a shower, a washing machine and a window. The bathroom on the 1st floor consists of a bathtub, washbasin and window. The bathroom on the 2nd floor consists of a shower, sink, washing machine and skylight. • 1 guest toilet (1st floor). The holiday house is equipped with heaters and fans, but not air conditioning. There is also a bench, a few chairs and a table in the outdoor area. Towels and linens are freshly laundered and provided. You will also find additional utensils for daily use in the respective rooms. Feel at home during your stay. Guest access You have the entire semi-detached house to yourself. There is a private entrance to the house. Free parking is possible at the house or in the parking lot across the street. Flexibility and security: The house is equipped with a key safe, which allows you to arrive flexibly. There is a camera in the foyer to prevent unauthorized access. Other things to note The accommodation is an excellent starting point for numerous shopping and leisure activities. Both the Oberallgäu, Munich, Ulm, Kempten and the Lake Constance region can be reached in less than an hour by car. I do not live in close proximity to our holiday house and therefore cannot be there in person. Nevertheless, it is very important to us to make our guests' stay as pleasant as possible.
