Relax with family and friends in this super spacious luxury wellness "1A Chalet" IN IMMEDIATE PROXIMITY TO THE SKI SLOPES AND IN THE HIKING AREA AT THE KLIPPITZTÖRL, with a glazed wellness area with a hot tub and infrared cabin. Towels/linens INCLUDED in the price! The chalet can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests. 3 double bedrooms + 1 room with bunk bed + sofa bed in the living room. The 1A Chalet Klippitzwolke is located at 1,500 meters above sea level. Ski lifts are within walking distance/skis or by car! The space PLEASE NOTE: The cleaning fee includes all of our running costs. Not just the cleaning. This includes, among other things: at least 2 towels per person/bed linen/covers/linens, each for the number of guests, electricity for infrared cabin and heating, as well as a large amount of coffee capsules, as well as free use of parking. In our very large luxury chalet, you can expect a wonderfully large and spacious living room with a great gas fireplace with visible flame, where you can also enjoy your favorite programs on the 50" UHD TV Netflix or Sky. The new box-spring wooden beds with toppers will give you a good night's sleep! In addition, you can relax in a private wellness area with a hot tub and infrared cabin. In winter, perfect skiing in a spacious ski area, in spring, summer and autumn enjoy wonderful hiking routes. You don't need a car to go skiing. On foot you walk a few minutes to the slopes and can go directly to the ticket office and then enjoy the slopes with the lift. With enough snow, you can easily ski to the chalet at the end of the day. You will find 4 bedrooms, all of which are equipped with very good beds. One of the bedrooms is ideally suited for children as it has a bunk bed. ATTENTION: It will be tight for 8 adults, as the bunk beds are actually made for 2 children. In an emergency, however, adults can also be accommodated. The spacious terrace, which leads around the house, is undoubtedly one of the highlights. Here you can enjoy incredible views and in summer spend relaxing evenings with magnificent sunrise and color games in the evening. Pets are welcome!
