The space The house has two floors and a sleeping capacity of 12 people, divided in 3 double rooms, 1 triple room, 1 with bunk beds and another single with one bed. There is a very spacious living room, a large kitchen with table and a corner with a desk to study or work. There are 3,5 bathrooms: one bathroom with WC and shower on the upper floor; on the lower floor one spacious bathroom with bath and shower, a second complete bathroom by the pool and a separate guest WC room. In the garden there are many different spaces in the shade or in the sun, where you can have dinner/lunch or just relax and read a book. The BBQ is in front of the pool and has a large table in front of it. The house is ideal for families and couples. We have games for the kids, a little house to play in the garden and we are next to the forest, in a very quiet area, so it allows you to walk in the evening, go for some running, walk with pets and enjoy nature or just enjoy from the many stars you will see if you turn the lights off. The house has heating and air conditioning, although not usually necessary. All rooms are exterior, with balcony, windows or direct access to the garden. The upper floor has one bathroom, one double room, the room with the bunk bed and the single room. The lower floor has two double rooms (both large) and a triple room. The price includes linen, towels and taxes. Guest access You can access all the house, garden and pool. Other things to note The pool has stairs and a space of less depth ideal for children. Children have also a little house to play in the garden. You can use the small gym and yoga material. In front of the house there is space to park various cars.
