Drive or walk, your choice! This pet-friendly (pet fee applies*) 5 Bed, 3.5 bath house is just one mile from the famous Dahlonega Square. The home's amenities include an in-ground saltwater pool (open April 15 - September 15) , six-person hot tub, a two-story game room cottage with TV room, foosball, and a poker table, a two-car garage game room with ping pong, air hockey, and a Berringer pool table, as well as a fenced-in backyard for pets and a gazebo. The space The main floor features a kitchen, three living areas, and a wood burning fireplace, as well as a two-car garage used as a game room with air hockey, ping pong, and a Beringer pool table. Upstairs features a large master bedroom with a private bathroom, and two other bedrooms with queen beds (with twin trundle beds underneath) that share another bathroom. The lower level features two more bedrooms with another full bath. One bedroom features a full size daybed with a twin trundle underneath, the second has two sets of bunk beds. The two-story cottage building features a TV room downstairs, with a 70" smart TV, and poker table and foosball table upstairs. Outside is a fenced-in backyard for your pets (we are pet friendly w/ pet fee) and a beautiful gazebo to enjoy the front yard. Guests can expect internet download speeds of up to 400 Mbps. The house is in a residential neighborhood, one mile from the Dahlonega town square. Same-day bookers: Do not book for the current night without confirming the unit is available and ready for check-in. Long stays: If your stay is longer than 10 days, extra fees may apply. We can also arrange a delivery of 50 pieces for $60 (including tax) if you let us know 7 days in advance of your stay. Please message us if you are interested. • We have a propane grill, and we provide propane. • Check-in is at 4 p.m. and checkout is at 10 a.m. Early check-ins are possible, but subject to availability and a $25 per hour fee, rounded to the nearest hour.
