The property features a broad terrace, covering all of its front, large windows, and two bedrooms both with queensized beds. In this apartment, you can enjoy pretty much all parts of Tel Aviv by walking and then go back home to relax on the comfy sofas on the balcony or prepare dinner in the fully equipped kitchen. The design and furniture inside the flat are very chic but with a homey atmosphere. Tel Aviv is full of cute cafes and exciting new restaurants with different cuisines, you can find both plus art galleries and boutiques all in this neighborhood. Last but not least, by walking up Gordon Street (a 5-minute walk) you will arrive directly to one of the trendiest beaches in the city. Other things to note We also request to complete online check-in information and ask our guests to provide us with a picture of their passports + a selfie (a selfie from the person that has made the reservation only). Any guest not entering the country on a B2 or B3 (Tourist) VISA will be subject by law to pay 18% VAT (this includes Israeli and dual citizens) Please note that individuals who do not enter the country on a tourist VISA are required by law to pay a 18% VAT. The deposit will be fully reimbursed a few days after check-out. Subject to an inspection of the property. Pets are welcome with an additional fee of 450 NIS per stay.
