The house is on the back end of the property with a separate driveway, for a very private atmosphere. 15 minutes from Ft Huachuca, 10 mins from “town” (Walmart/Target/Fry’s) The space Guest house features: -full laundry room -kitchen area with stove/oven/sink/coffee maker -workstation -dining room table -living room with couch and tv -full bedroom with Queen bed -full bathroom with a tub Outside features: -front patio with rocking chairs -back patio with outdoor furniture and grill The home will be stocked with an initial supply of shampoo, conditioner, soap, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, and coffee. Other things to note -No smoking -No pets -No events, parties, or large gatherings. -You may not exceed the number of guests specified during booking. If the number changes please adjust the details in your booking or notify the host. -Please keep outside doors closed to prevent bugs from entering the home. -Please close and lock all doors and windows when leaving the home. -If you use the grill please clean it afterwards. -Please note the property requires use of stairs for entry.
