Location, Location! our beautiful , peaceful home is located on the “Mountain To Sea Trail” for Hiking enthusiasts &The BLUE RIDGE PARKWAY Entrance is around the corner for We are conveniently located just 10 min from Dntn Asheville , the Biltmore, South Slope breweries Our home is in great shape post Helene. We have well water and all utilities!!! The huge deck great for grilling & overlooks the Fire-pit & yard. A quiet, safe, pretty neighborhood of large trees and occasional bear visitors The space DOWNSTAIRS/Lower level has a large family room with a big comfy couch, smart TV, desk and a QUEEN BED Spectrum High Speed Internet and Cable Tv Central Air-conditioning There is direct access to the backyard through the sliding glass doors Also The 3ed bathroom and laundry room are on the lower level SUNROOM- main level.. FUTTON, table for 6 with chairs, board games The access to the home is on level paved roads and there is parking for 6 cars Our home is in a quiet, safe, pretty neighborhood of large trees and occasionally bear visitors .We are good neighbors and ask that our guests are too ; by being mindful of quiet hours outside after 9:30PM Celebrating Diversity We delight in the beautiful variety of flowers and animal life we have here .
