The 100-year-old two-story wooden house, cultural heritage of Central Takayama was renovated. 1st floor is cafe run 10-17. Up to 8 people can stay for one house rental except 1st floor cafe hours. 99m2 space includes Kitchen, Bath room, Living ＆Dining with crafted furniture, two Bed Room(Tatami & Futon).【Free WiFi, Japanese Garden, wood pellet stove】 A Few minute walk to the morning market. Hida Beef Hot Pot (6180yen+tax) reservation needed. Shiori & Euc can communicate in English very well. The space You can have an 'authentic' Japanese House experience with a relaxing time in a renovated and furnished space: Living, Dining, Kitchen, Bath room (1st Floor), two Japanese Style Bedroom (2nd Floor). You can also enjoy Japanese Garden (Lighting Up at night) and designer's unique lights. For your time goes slowly, no TV and watch. Guest access Free WiFi, Air-Conditioning &Heater, Pellet-Stove, Towel (Bath & Face), Japanese traditional bedding (Futon, Mattress on the Tatami Floor), Soap, Toilet-paper, Hair-dryer are all available in the house. Amenities as described above only. No sleeping wears, tooth brush & paste. One car parking　(1100 yen per night) ＆ two bicycle. Cooking kitchen and wares are available. Small Fridge, microwave oven, IH-heater (stove & oven) are available. Except one house rule, which is, The host Shiori runs cafe & bakery in the 1st floor from 10 to 17 o'clock. The host will meet the all guests on checking in and out time. Please contact to the host on the phone or message before checking in. Please come to the house punctually. Shoes strictly prohibited. No Smoking. Pet can enter in 1st floor (flooring area) only. No enter in kitchen and bath. 2nd floor (tatami area) is not allowed except owner's responsibility. Other things to note Tabino Shiori opens cafe & bakery from 10-17. During that time, on the 1st floor, the host use the kitchen space, and the living & dining space is shared with the customers of the shop. The guests who stay the continuous day can occupy the 2nd floor all the day. In winter season from 16th Nov to 15th Apr, the house runs a pellet stove in the 1st floor (operated by host only) during day time. Heating Fee（As a resort fee) is 10% Yen of total fee.
