Casa Hacienda R&R, Relax, Enjoy the Beauty of Natural, Surfers Are Welcome
La Casa Hacienda R&R on route 110 sits on a beautiful mountaintop overlooking miles of forest. My great-grandparents owned all 75 acres with my great-grandfather building most of the homes on his own. This home was built with my family's heart, sweat, and love. The home accommodates 4-6 people. Two full bedrooms with two bathrooms. PLEASE NOTE: During these challenging times, its important for us to follow all cleaning, sanitizing protocol. Please reach out if so. The space Once UPSTAIRS, you'll enter Casa R&R from the porch. The living room/kitchen is an open area. The living room has sofas that can be arraigned into a bed to accommodate 2 people. A queen size mattress is provided. Remote ceiling fan in the open area. The kitchen has a working refrigerator, coffee machine, kitchen nook, dining area, and Stove. The Blue Room is fully-restored, with a small, but stylish bathroom. Dresser, queen-size bed, remote ceiling fan, standing fans and an open closet are all in the bedroom. The Master Orange Room has a dresser, queen-sized bed, closet, remote ceiling fan, and French doors with access to the balcony. The balcony has a hammock for naps and star-gazing. The master bathroom is fully restored. Access to the master bathroom is from the master bedroom and main living room. The dining room is modest with a small round table with chairs. The Washer/Dryer is available at no cost. The back has a working slop sink and access to the backyard. The open garage accommodates one vechile and the beach amenities. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire grounds. The driveway leading up to La Casa is steep. Please drive cautiously - especially in the rain. The property grows 5 Puerto Rican rich fruits, (when in season). Avocados, bananas, mangos, lemon, and pana can be found around the campus for all guests to enjoy. My Aunt Olga and Uncle Chago, live in the property next door to the right. When renting, ask to please be considerate with there home and property. The third house is off-limits during the stay, but guests are welcomed to use the driveway on that side. If you need anything during your stay, my Aunt (or "Titi") Olga will assist. My aunt paints murals and portraits on local fruits called guaynabana. If you're interested for an authentic artistic excursion on the island, Olga would be happy to paint with you and show you how! Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: The backyard is useable, but stairs can be slippery when raining. Other parts of the property can be hilly. Please monitor any small children in these areas. Beach Amentities: 5 Beach Stairs, Cooler, Umbrella, Beach toys. ( please note all is for your convenience if lost or broke please replace or pay damage fee of $250. )Thanks
