With its four bedrooms upstairs and its equipped kitchen open to the living room you will enjoy a remarkable view of the lake and the mountains. The villa has a large and pretty terrace with swimming pool. High-speed TV and Wifi, fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine. Linen will be provided free of charge for your stay. Pets are not allowed in the house. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject. The accommodation has private parking. To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety. Other remarks The house is only rented weekly, from Saturday to Saturday. Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm. After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged. If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day. In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
