It is composed of a nice living room of 40 m², an open kitchen equipped, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of about 800 m². Sheets included, towels not provided, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 40 m² with flat screen TV, Wifi (optical fiber), sofa bed (double) and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, hotplates, espresso machine... - Bedroom 1 : two single beds (90). - Room 2 : a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200) and an adjoining bathroom with bathtub/shower and toilet. - A shower room with shower and WC. Exterior: - A beautiful enclosed garden of 800 m². - A terrace of about 8 m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days. For even more comfort: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron. The house is ideally located in Montry, in a very pleasant environment within a green setting. You will be close to all the essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, Disney Land Paris... Activities : - Disney Land Paris. - Accrobranche. - Horseback riding, fishing, walking in the woods. - Kayaking on the Morin river and hiking in the Morin valley. Nautical activity on the Marne. - Visit to Meaux: forming factories, Great War Museum. - Gaumont cinema at Disney Village and VOST cinema at Val d'Europe. - Asterix Park at 40 minutes by car.
