Small grocery shops are available within the village. A short car journey of five mins will take you to Dwerja Bay and the Inland Sea famous for scuba diving and the golden sand beaches. Victoria the capital of Gozo is a convenient 10-minute car journey, here you’ll find many bars and restaurants as well as the famous Citadel. Victoria has many museums and tours dedicated to the history of Gozo and Malta. Mgarr Harbour is 15mins away by car, home to the ferry terminal, with frequent ferries for the 25 min crossing to Cirkewwa Ferry Terminal on Malta with accessible public transport and highway connections to the international airport. The typical Mediterranean climate of Malta is sunny climate with a daily average of five to six hours of sunshine in midwinter and 12 hours in summer. The Summers are hot, dry, and very sunny.
