Suite 1 has a living area with a sleeper sofa, TV and a dining bar that seats four. Electric fireplace for a cozy ambiance. There is a well-stocked kitchenette with a compact refrigerator/freezer to store your leftovers from one of Sedona`s fine restaurants! The bedroom has king size bed with a TV. There is one bathroom with a walk-in shower featuring a skylight! This suite also has a private patio equipped with an outdoor table and chairs as well as a propane BBQ. We also have a common area with a beautiful waterfall, turf, tall flowing trees and beautiful foliage! Just steps out our front door we offer private creek access for our guests! We are also just a 1/2 mile from Slide Rock State Park and only 5.5 miles from Sedona city limits. Take a beautiful, inspiring drive through Oak Creek Canyon. Head to nearby Flagstaff for some snow skiing or continue on to the Grand Canyon or Antelope Canyon! Our absolutely gorgeous 2.5-acre property consists of 10 suites that sit right up on the Red Rocks of Oak Creek Canyon with views in every direction! Our suites have a rich history since 1952 with a rustic/modern feel. Cell phone reception can be spotty depending on your provider. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. Rules for this unit are as follows: Pets are allowed. Pet fee $65 per dog, per stay. Maximum two dogs up to 35 lbs. each.
