Here on the Hunsrück heights, situated between the Rhine and Moselle, a lovingly and modernly designed vacation home welcomes you in the middle of Kastellaun. It is friendly and furnished to a high standard. Its 85m² are spread over 2 levels. This and the beautiful garden make your vacation feeling complete. Enjoy life in this quiet, centrally located accommodation and let your mind wander. By the way, bed linen, towels, electricity, water and heating costs are included! The space You can reach the vacation home via a garden path. The 85m² house (DHH) with terrace and garden is now all yours. On the ground floor you will find the large living/dining room. Here you will find a nice and comfortable (sleeping) sofa and two inviting armchairs and TV. The dining area has a round table with 6 chairs: More furniture, cushions, blankets and pictures and books make, the house very cozy. On the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen with table and cozy corner bench, as well as a guest toilet. The spiral staircase takes you to the 1st floor. The friendly family room with 4 beds awaits you here. 1 double bed (2 m x 2 m) and two single beds (each 0.9 m x 2 m). The sofa bed in the living room offers space for a further 2 people. Attached to the family room is the main bathroom, with large washbasin and bath/shower. Parking at the house and WLAN are free of charge for guests. Guest access You have access to all rooms of the cottage. The garden area can be used by you completely, except for the associated garden part of the rented house next door. Other things to note Included is the bed linen and 1 normal towel and 1 larger shower towel per person. Basic toilet paper, liquid soap are also available. By the way, we are beekeepers and you can have fresh honey directly from the producer on request.
