Only stairs in house are the couple that go go down to sunken sitting rooms from hall or gym area (hardly used over spring/summer). Very private, set back from road and not visible from neighboring properties. 4/5 bedrooms are spacious, have king beds water views and plenty of hanging and drawer space for clothes. Master bedroom is slightly larger and has only en-suite. 4th bedroom can be set up as a king or 2 xl doubles. The 5th bedroom doubles as an office and has a queen sofa bed, desk, monitor and desk chair. Cinema room with 120" 4k screen, Apple TV, Xbox, Wii & Switch. Gym area with Peloton, Tempo, massage table and mats for yoga/stretching. AC throughout Guest access Office and 2 owners cupboards are locked and off limits, all else fully accessible Other things to note The cost of power is almost 50 cents per kWh in Bermuda, and our water source is the rain. (That's right! We're an eco-friendly island!) With this in mind, we ask guests to consider conserving energy and water whenever possible.
