Overlooking the Spiaggia del Relitto, the historic house the apartment is situated in underwent a thorough renovation in 2016. Thanks to its unique location directly on the sea, its guests can enjoy a wonderful holiday in one of the most beautiful corners of the Costa del Sole in the small fishing village of Pomonte. Other things to note The bright 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor and is composed of a living room, a kitchen and a double bedroom containing a third bed. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, induction hobs and a column fridge as well as everything you need to enjoy a comfortable holiday. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available in all rooms. A coin-operated washing machine in the laundry room is also available to guests. The property also includes a TV and can accommodate 3 people. The holiday apartment boasts a private covered veranda, which is equipped with a table and chairs to dine outdoors and which can be accessed from the living room/kitchen area. From the veranda you can enjoy a glimpse of the sea and a view over the surrounding countryside and of the village of Pomonte. A shared garden is also available for your use. Just 10m from the property you will find the Spiaggia del Relitto (Beach of the Wreck), named after the wreck of a cargo ship that sank in 1972 just 150m from the shore. The wreck, which lies on the seabed at a depth of 2m - 13m, can easily be reached by swimming or with a pedalo and can be seen by swimming on the surface with a diving mask. Don't miss the spectacle of the wreck and its many colourful inhabitants: the local fish! Families with children are welcome. Youth groups are not admitted. Pets under 15 kg are allowed.
