Nice rural gîte in a peaceful oasis

Completely renovated in 2022 and improved every year, this cocooning gîte in gilded stones will allow you to spend a peaceful stay in the countryside, in the heart of Beaujolais Vert, 5 minutes by car from the Lac des sapins. Swimming pool, closed ground and outdoor dining and rest areas are at your disposal. There is no lack of sports, relaxation and cultural activities. I live opposite the gite, we will be able to share the use of the pool on sunny days. The space The gite consists of an entrance allowing access to the small bathroom and the toilet. Then you enter the main room, living / dining room, open onto the equipped kitchen. Upstairs, 2 separate bedrooms, one equipped with a 2-seater bed 160x200 and the other with a pull-out bed allowing to install 2 1-seater beds 90x190 or 180. Essential products are provided to make your life easier: tea towels, condiments (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar and sugar), water, coffee, tea, chocolate, sopalin, aluminium foil, toilet paper. The car(s) can be parked on the top of the property grounds. Guest access You have access to the whole property that we share since I live there. If necessary, do not hesitate to ask me. Outdoors you can enjoy a table and chairs for meals, a garden lounge and deckchairs for the poolside with sunshades (everything is put away in winter to keep it protected). We will share the pool in our common bathing slots, which can happen, although I make sure to leave it to you as much as possible and often swim in offset. Other things to note The housing is equipped with an anti-intrusion alarm which is only activated when the property is empty.
