It is equipped with a new AIR CONDITIONING system installed in May 2022. The space The apartment, of 90 square meters, is located in a historic building of the early '900 that overlooks the lagoon of Venice and precisely on the basin of San Marco. It consists of a large kitchen, a large living room , 2 bathrooms and a double bedroom. All the windows overlook a romantic and exclusive garden , in which guests can immerse themselves to enjoy an unusual peace and quiet while being 2 steps from the crowded Venice. Very close to the vaporetti for Venice and only 10 minutes from the BIENNALE. The pedestrian area of the beach can be reached in a few minutes and the Cinema Exhibition is 1 km away. There are 2 bicycles available at a daily cost of 5 euros each, to be paid at the premises. Guest access To a part of the garden of the villa. At check-in, cash payment of the Tourist Tax (€4 per person per day) is required. Other things to note Precisely for its strategic location in the heart of the island, the apartment is close to the main means of transport: 10 minutes by vaporetto from St. Mark's Square, 5 minutes from the Biennale and 10 minutes walk from the beach and the Film Festival. With the bus, or more pleasantly by bicycle, you can easily reach the famous "Pellestrina", a typical fishing island. There are 2 bicycles at the daily cost of 8 euros of both. to be paid at the premises.
